Wake up early for a Run!!

Feeling sleepy at work?
Looking for a better way to start your day?
Then why don’t you change your morning coffee or tea for an early run?
 
That’s absolutely the best way to get to work and to have a good start. The morning run will definitely improve your efficiency at work, helping you being more focused and productive. Besides you will not spend any time thinking (…stressing thus rushing) about your evening workout, because your exercise for the day would already be done.
 
You don’t believe me? Then why don’t you try? Try to convince a friend of yours or your officemate to join you in your morning run, because in two it’s more fun and also more likely to happen…No excuses! Run for fun, run for yourself!
